Free haul-away is included with every delivery — no exceptions.
The missed appointment fee of $30 is charged if our crew arrives and cannot complete the delivery because no one is home, the path is not cleared, or the old appliance has not been emptied and is not ready for removal.
Customer Responsibilities
To help us deliver safely and on time, please have the following ready before we arrive:
- Clear a path from the entry door to the placement area. Move furniture or obstacles out of the way ahead of time.
- Empty your old appliance completely before delivery day. Refrigerators and freezers must be emptied of all food. Washers must be drained.
- Know the location of your water and gas shut-offs. If you are unsure, locate them before our arrival.
- Measure the space beforehand to confirm the new appliance will fit — including all doorways, hallways, and stairways along the path.
- Have someone 18 or older present to receive the delivery, inspect the appliance, and sign for receipt.
- Secure pets in a separate area for the safety of our crew and your animals.
Important Notes
Gas Connections
We connect standard gas lines as part of installation. If the existing supply line needs replacement, relocation, or work beyond a standard connection, a licensed plumber may be required. We will advise you before starting if we see anything outside scope.
Refrigerators with Ice Makers or Water Dispensers
Please locate your water supply shut-off before we arrive. If no dedicated water line exists, call us before delivery day to discuss options so we can plan accordingly.

How far do you deliver?
Our standard delivery area is 25 miles from our store at 261 Fairgrounds Road, McMinnville, TN. Deliveries beyond 25 miles are available at $2 per additional mile.
How much is the stair charge?
$35 per flight of stairs, whether going up or down.
Do I need to disconnect my old appliance before you arrive?
No — we handle the disconnection and removal. However, your old appliance must be emptied before we arrive. Refrigerators and freezers need to be completely cleared of food, and washers need to be drained.
What happens if I miss my delivery appointment?
If our crew arrives and cannot complete the delivery — because no one is home, the path is not cleared, or the old appliance is not ready — a $30 missed appointment fee will be charged and the delivery will need to be rescheduled.
What if the appliance doesn’t fit?
We strongly recommend measuring your space, doorways, and hallways before purchase. Product dimensions are listed on every product page. If the appliance cannot be safely delivered into your home, we will bring it back to the store and work with you on options.
Do you test the appliance before leaving?
Yes — with delivery + installation, we test the appliance and verify it is running properly before we leave. Delivery-only orders do not include testing.
Can you haul away my old appliance without a purchase?
