Transactional & account messages — order and pickup updates, delivery scheduling and confirmations, appliance repair and service status, service appointment reminders, and payment reminders for Treasure Chest's own rent-to-own and layaway customers.

Marketing messages (separate, optional opt-in) — occasional offers, promotions, and new-arrival alerts.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can buy from us, finance with us, and have items delivered or repaired without opting in to text messages.

Message frequency varies (typically 1–5 messages per order, delivery, or service event). Message and data rates may apply.
